　毎年、年に２回ずつ、本校区の民生委員と保護司さん、市内西地区の主任児童委員さんと本校職員との交流会を開催しています。
　この会では、学校の現状や地域での様子などの情報を共有しながら、学校と地域が連携して生徒を守り、育てていこうとするものです。
　いつもは、本校の職員しか参加しませんが、コミュニティ・スクール事業の一環として、今回は生徒会役員も参加し、普段の活動を発表しながら地域の方との交流を深めました。
　生徒の発表を聞いた委員さん方から、「とても良い活動ですから、これからもがんばってください。」と激励されました。

　「学校のホームページ」という教材で、英語で情報を整理して書く勉強をし、天神中学校の英語版の紹介ページを考えました。

　全員習った英語を使ったり、書きたいことを辞書で調べたり先生に聞いたりしながら一生懸命に、自分の体験した楽しかった思い出を紹介してくれました。
　紹介したいものはたくさんありますが、その中から６つ紹介したいと思います。
　タイトルが「Welcome to Tenjin Junior High School !」の記事をご覧ください。

　たくさんの生徒が"We love our school."と書いていて、とても嬉しく思います。
　２学期も残りわずか。これからの学校生活もみんなにとって実り多いものになるよう、みんなで一緒に、一生懸命取り組んでいきたいです。

Kitamura　Kanon

We have only 278 students.
Our school is not so big, but it is very powerful and cheerful.

Our most popular events are the sports festival and the culture festival.
My favorite event is the sports festival, and we practiced long rope jumping hard every day.
We were very excited before performance, and did our best for victory.

Our school moral is "monners,""health,"and "hard working."

We make much of greeting and cleaning. We respect our traditions.

The boy in the Tenjin drums wore the masks of Japanese demons.
They were very cool and played well. It was exciting.

We sang "Ashitae" and we won the chorus contest.
I was very happy. Tenjindaiko was very cool.
I admire my seniors. This year school festival was very fun.
I look forward to next year.

Shimazaki Risa

　本日、３年生を対象に第３回実力テストが行われました。
　実力テストは、３年間で勉強してきたことの中から出題されます。範囲は広いですが、自分の実力を知るために、皆、真剣に取り組んでいます。
　３年生は受験も目前に迫ってきているので、自分の実力をすべて出し切って、良い結果が出ることを期待しています！！
